The Marina Almerimar apartments are found in the enviable location of Almerimar Marina, 250 metres from the beach
and next to Almerimar Golf Course. In total there are 225 Almerimar Apartments distributed in three buildings; Nautilus, Bitacora and Sextante.
There is a variety of 1 to 5 bedroom apartments, from 50 m2 to 227 m2 in size, each containing
a living room, kitchen and balcony. Some duplex apartments are also available.

The roof area of each building is occupied by a beautiful solarium area and swimming pool, overlooking the marina and coastline.

The Marina Almerimar is one of the largest marinas in the Mediterranean. It has been awarded the Blue Flag
of the European Community on several occasions. It harbours 170,000 metres of water
and has more than 1,100 berths for up to 60-metre long yachts, all of which have running water and electricity.

The 24,000 sq. m. shipyard and 60-ton enclosed travelift, has a capacity for 150 yachts, with 24-hour security service.
The shipyard offers gas pumps, a 5-ton fixed crane, toilets and showers, sandblast cabinets, painting cabinets, towing work,
underwater services, cleaning of hulls, osmosis treatment, mechanical repairs, carpentry tasks,
manufacture of rigging, mast trimming and yacht maintenance work.

Superb accommodations are available, with the four-star Almerimar Hotel
and opening shortly, the five-star Golf Amerimar Hotel with a large 1.000 m2 spa.

An outstanding sports offer

Almerimar’s fantastic weather provides the perfect invitation to partake in various sport activities,
such as tennis, squash, horse riding, windsurf, sailing, diving, and golf.

Developed to satisfy the growing demand for one of the world’s most challenging sports, the Almerimar Golf offers 27 holes for golf lovers.
Internationally accredited for excellence, the course was built in 1976 under the design of Gary Player.
The course was totally renovated in 2006 combining water obstacles as well as wide fairways and greens,
all against a backdrop of outstanding countryside. The course is suitable for all levels of players.
